Administrative Assistant (part time or full time)
Church of the Blessed Sacrament
We are currently seeking candidates for either a part time or full time administrative assistant position for the parish office at Church of the Blessed Sacrament in West Lafayette, IN. This person will be welcoming, provide administrative and office support, assist with publishing the weekly printed and electronic bulletin, updating content on the parish website and calendars electronically, and various clerical duties as needed to help support leadership.
Qualified candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, have previous office experience, bilingual in English and Spanish is preferable, be proficient with Macbook, Microsoft Office, and Outlook applications, and possess strong organizational skills.
